Schodack police arrested the man robbery for theft

Schodack Police Department arrested the 35 -year -old Senecca J. Gillyard of Castleton on Saturday following the response of the police due to a discomfort in Castle Inn.

Police said they responded to the inn in 1565 Columbia Turnpike in Castleton at 14:00 for a discomfort reports.

Authorities, Gillyard’ın call to the police entering the room and the dispute between the two people has become physical, he said.

The Schodack police damaged Gillyard’s property of the complainant and stole his phone to prevent the police from calling.

Authorities say that the complainant left the room and calls the police from the main office of the house.

Gillyard was accused of the following:

• Second -degree theft
• Third degree robbery
• Fourth degree of crime mischief

He was arrested and was arrested in Schodack Town Court, where he was released for supervised freedom control.
