NDPS Law: Police to defend the bail cancellation of recurrent criminals

Police Inspector (SP) Shimla Sanjev Kumar Gandhi said that the imprisonment of criminals with a poor quality history as recurrent criminals is very important independent of the society with the harsh implementation of laws. He said he had previously been arrested but rescued under the NDPS law. “The important thing is that these criminals participate in illegal drug trade after leaving bail. They not only go back to trade, but they also develop in drug trade. Therefore, in order to eliminate the drug trade effectively, there is a need to not give bail to such criminals. ”
