Japan third activity index decreases by 0.3%

Tokyo (DPA -AFX) – According to the data obtained from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan’s third activity index decreased in January after healing in the previous month.

The seasonally set third activity index decreased by 0.3 percent monthly in January and reversed a 0.4 percent increase in December.

Individual components, information and communication, life and entertainment services, wholesale trade, retail trade, rental and rental and rental and public services decreased in January.

On the other hand, medical, health and welfare, transportation and postal activities, work -related services and real estate increased.
