The Board of Directors of MT Højgaard Holding decided to transfer all activities in MT Højgaard Property Development to MT Højgaard Danmark. MT Højgaard Danmark, which will continue to focus on the execution of civilian affairs, infrastructure, construction and renovation projects while continuing projects and operations in public-private partnership projects.

The combination of development and execution competencies in a joint organization strengthens MT Højgaard Danmark’s competencies, synergies and positions in the development of larger construction projects in Denmark.

“To create more harmony in the group, to benefit from the benefits of common operations and to simplify the group structure, it has been reduced after the sale of a number of lands and property, which is the next step to focus on our power positions in construction, civilian works and renewal.

Integration also facilitates the coordination and priority of the capital commitments of the group, while the group level will require lower complexity and costs.

Integration will be completed by transferring MT Højgaard property development property to MT Højgaard Danmark. The group will consist of two business units from MT Højgaard Danmark and Enemærke & Petersen.

At the end of 2024, the order book of MT Højgaard Property Development was 403 million DKK. The decision does not affect existing or planned projects or service duties to be completed by MT Højgaard Danmark.

The integration does not affect the appearance of MT Højgaard Holding 2025, which does not change with the expected income around 10-10.5 billion DKK and 400-450 miles of Aslan DKK.
