Hong Kong, who waved 3 -year -old girl to death, was imprisoned for life

A Hong Kong father was sentenced to life imprisonment after he was found guilty of killing his three -year -old daughter in 2020 in 2020, and a judge hit him for targeting a vulnerable child with severe violence.

Madame Justice Anna Lai Yuen-Kee was sentenced to a mandatory life imprisonment for the murder of 42-year-old Lau Kai-ping after he was convicted of killing Leung Nga-Sze in July 2020 last week.

The accused had previously had 12 prisoners and was released from prison a few months before committing the murder. NGA-Sze’s mother was sentenced to a 20-month imprisonment for her to be injured by leaping fluid and was released in April 2020.

He admitted that NGA-Sze had held her shoulder and waved several times on the morning of July 18, but she said she was not aware that such an action would harm her.

Hospital doctors found symptoms of bleeding with old caries in the girl’s skull and retina and inner thighs. He is suspected of suffering from baby syndrome and died on July 29th.

Lau accepted a number of child abuse and wanted to be guilty of killing, but the prosecution insisted on accusing him of the murder.

Judge Lai said Lau believed that Lau continuously exploited Nga-Sze while staying with the girl and his mother Helen Leung between May and July.
