Funding Circle Holdings plc announced today that it has issued a circular (“Circular“) containing notice of the general meeting to be held on 14 November 2024 at 10:00 at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4AY (“General Meeting“) To obtain shareholders’ approval for the proposed capital reduction in the company’s share premium account (“Proposed Capital Reduction“).

The Circular, Proxy Form and Voting Instructions containing detailed information regarding the Proposed Capital Decrease can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website at:

Hard copies are sent to shareholders who elect to receive the documents in hard copy.
