Man arrested after Ben Stokes’ home was burgled by masked robbers while his family were inside

A man was arrested after a theft England cricket captain Ben Stokes was at his home in County Durham, police said.

Stokes said his wife and two children were at their home in Castle Eden when his OBE and other valuables were taken on October 17.

Durham Constabulary said a 32-year-old man from North Yorkshire was arrested on suspicion of burglary overnight. He has since been released on bail while investigations continue.
