Ware police arrest man who stole lawnmower from cemetery

WARE — Ware Police Department officers arrested Dustin Latulippe for allegedly stealing two lawn mowers from the vicinity of Saint Mary Cemetery on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 5:30 p.m.

The 30-year-old suspect is charged with daytime breaking and entering of a building with intent to commit a crime, two counts of theft over $1,200, criminal damage to a cemetery, criminal damage to property, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest and two counts of lost credit cards.

Following his arrest, Latulippe’s bail was set at $500.

He was taken to the Hampshire County Correctional Facility.

At his arraignment in East Hampshire District Court on October 31, he was released pending further legal proceedings.
