Leavenworth man found guilty of threatening with a deadly weapon

LANSING, Kan. (KCTV) – A man previously convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon has now been convicted of making criminal threats with a deadly weapon.

Noah Sanchez, 27, was sentenced again this week for firearm possession. In December 2023, Sanchez went to a victim’s home upset and began pounding on the door.

Court documents stated that when the victim refused to open the door for him, he held a gun and threatened to open fire in her apartment.
