Azerhaber reports.

Harvest Festival is a valuable tradition in our country. ADA Primary School instills in its students the importance of national traditions from an early age. ADA University faculty, students and staff, as well as many companies, partner organizations, philanthropists, parents and alumni attended the festival, which was organized with the direct participation of primary school students.

The festival, organized in partnership with Veysaloğlu Group of Companies, became one of the unforgettable ones with its lively atmosphere and colorful stands. Various fruits, dairy products, bread, pastries and other products grown in different regions of our country were exhibited at the market. Students’ handicrafts were exhibited and evaluated by festival participants.

Later, the products exhibited in the festival market and the handmade products of the students were sold. Since its founding, ADA Primary School has involved students in projects that encourage them to be responsible citizens. Two of these projects were chosen as winners by the students: support for orphaned children and cooperation with the neighboring school. Students voted to allocate the income from sales to these two projects until the end of the academic year.

The performances of ADA Primary School students and the Cumhuriyet Child and Youth Development Center dance group further enriched this charitable event with music and dance.

The purpose of organizing the Autumn Festival – Harvest Holiday was to bring together the ADA family and partners to encourage our students to be responsible citizens, value our values, revive our traditions and develop from an early age as useful individuals to society.

The festival, which also included philanthropic partners such as Veysaloğlu Group of Companies, showed once again that ADA Primary School embodies a new approach in terms of education, intellectual and lifestyle. The involvement of these philanthropists, who have supported ADA University initiatives in previous years and now rally around ADA schoolchildren to support their ideas and projects, showcases the spirit of unity around social responsibility and professionalism among all of us.
